celiaboutique.gr collaborates with the company for deliveries within Greece Elta Curier.

Upon completion of your order you will be sent an informative email from celiaboutique.gr indicating the specific Courier company that will deliver the product to you as well as the shipping number.

Couriers deliver between 8 p.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. All deliveries must be signed. Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for damage. If the products appear to be damaged, please do not accept shipping.

How can I track my order?
You will be able to check the status of your order in three ways:

Via sending confirmation email:
Click on the track and tracking number found in the shipping confirmation email.

Online at celiaboutique.gr:
Log in, go to “My Account” and see the “Orders” section to check your order details and shipping status. The tracking number can be used on the courier’s website to verify the current location of the shipment.

Online on the courier website:
Go to the tracking and tracking section of the courier’s website and fill in the tracking and tracking number that can be found in the shipping confirmation email:

I did not receive my tracking number. You can help ;

You will receive your tracking number in the dispatch confirmation email when activated on the courier’s website. This usually takes 1-2 business days after placing the order.If you did not receive the email within this time frame, make sure you check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account (sometimes email may end up there).

If you still can not find it, you can contact the Customer Service team for information tracking.

When will you ship my order?

We want you to receive your new purchase as soon as possible! That’s why we start preparing your orders as soon as we receive your payment. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will try to ship it as soon as possible. In this case, the processing and delivery time of the order may be a little longer.

If you place your order during the weekend, we will start processing it next Monday.

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Carriers will generally make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order to the selected address.If you are not there, the driver can take it to a nearby collection point, where you can then collect it. (The site is available for tracking or delivery note left by the driver.)

If you do not receive the parcel on the business day after the first delivery attempt, it will be returned to Celia Boutique. Unfortunately, it is not possible to arrange a new delivery at this point, but you are always welcome to place a new order.

I entered an incorrect shipping address. What now ;

Ouch. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. This is because we can not guarantee that the change in our system will be effective before shipping and also to avoid any fraud. You can contact the courier for advice.

If your order is already in transit and the courier can not deliver it due to incorrect address, it will automatically return to our warehouse and will be returned.

We advise you to check and update the shipping details in your Celia Boutique account to avoid any future problems.

My delivery is delayed!

We always make every effort to ensure that your order will be with you as soon as possible. Occasionally, delays can occur, which are often beyond our control. In this case, we will always try to inform you in advance. But even if your order is delayed, do not worry: couriers will soon be at your door.

The tracking says that my order was delivered but I never received it!

We understand that it is scary! Check with your neighbors to see if any of them received the package for you. If you can not find it, contact us for help. We will do our best to track your order for you.
